Fermented with the skins on and stored in steel tanks for four months before maturating in a large cask for fourteen months and finally refined in the bottle for six months, this ruby red wine has a complex and elegant range of aromas consisting of ripe cherry, black cherry, wild blackberry plum and other small black berried fruits. It has a rich and full-bodied taste.

 

Best served with spicy dishes, roasts, braised meats and medium-long-aged cheeses.
