After harvest the grapes are left to rest on the fine lees for three months, followed by storage in steel tanks for six months, finally ending with being allowed to age in the bottle for four - six months. This bright, straw yellow wine has an intense aroma, with hints of fresh fruit and aromatic herbs giving a fresh, full-bodied taste. 

 

Best served as an aperitif and with appetizers, soups, delicate first courses, fish and white meat dishes.
