Maturated in large casks for fourteen months and refined in the bottle for six months. This clear ruby red wine with bright garnet reflections has a rich and full-bodied taste with aromas of ripe cherry and black cherry, wild blackberry, plum and other small black berried fruits. 

 

Best served with spicy dishes, roasts, braised meats and medium-long-aged cheeses.
